As principle and Owner, John specializes in Cost Segregation and Fixed Asset depreciation reviews and overseeing operations of the company.

He has over 24 years of real estate, construction, and cost segregation study experience.

His past experience includes working 7 years at Ernst & Young where he performed cost segregation studies for clients spanning the entire US, including multifamily and apartment projects, hospitals, nursing homes, manufacturing & industrial facilities, retail, offices, grocery stores, and data centers.
